Rebecca Hall brings more than fifteen years of experience delivering direct care and administrative healthcare services within a correctional setting. She is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), with a Master of Social Work (MSW) and Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a double concentration in Healthcare Management and Human Resource Management. Ms. Hall also holds certification as a Certified Correctional Healthcare Professional (CCHP) and Six Sigma Lean Green Belt in Healthcare (LGBH).
Ms. Hall has experience providing technical and operational support for the implementation of both medical and behavioral health services for patients who are incarcerated. This includes serving as a Milieu Coordinator, Mental Health Director, and Quality Improvement Manager for both incarcerated and civilly committed persons. She brings clinical expertise in the treatment of substance use disorders, major mental illness, and co-occurring conditions, as well as expertise in the program development and evaluation.
Ms. Hall has delivered training on the subject area of quality improvement and the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) at NCCHC national conferences and was previously a national trainer for a non-profit in various aspects of program delivery. She brings experience in facilitating corporate team building workshops using experiential and traditional learning styles and has supported the development and delivery of multi-disciplinary training for correctional and healthcare staff in the delivery of unit based and general healthcare services within correctional facilities. Ms. Hall brings a strong respect and understanding for the complexities and possibilities for delivering integrated healthcare across disciplines.
