
Kerra M. Jones, MPH, ML is a seasoned project manager with deep expertise at the intersection of public health, behavioral health, and justice‑involved populations. She brings more than seven years of experience leading complex, multi‑site initiatives across hospital systems, community organizations, and justice‑adjacent settings.
Kerra previously served as a Program Manager within the University of Pennsylvania Health System, where she oversaw six concurrent health equity and community‑violence–focused initiatives and directed operations across more than 100 community service clinics. Her work included managing cross‑functional teams, coordinating stakeholders at every level, and producing enterprise‑level data analysis and reporting for senior leadership. Earlier roles at Delaware Valley Community Health and the University of Pennsylvania further strengthened her background in project design, implementation, evaluation, and partnership development.
Her career has consistently centered on improving outcomes for high‑need and justice‑impacted populations. From conducting community needs assessments to redesigning programs around social determinants of health, Kerra brings a systems‑level perspective grounded in both public health and operational excellence. Her early work in AmeriCorps supporting individuals transitioning from incarceration reflects a long‑standing commitment to equity and access.
Kerra holds a Master of Public Health and a Master in Law—both earned summa cum laude—from the University of Pennsylvania, and a Bachelor of Science in Health Sciences from Ithaca College.
