Lisa L. Larranaga is an accomplished Health Services Administrator with over thirteen years of experience in correctional healthcare. With a proven successful leadership record, Lisa has demonstrated her ability to create unified teams that work collaboratively towards common goals, improve performance, and prioritize accordingly. Throughout her time in corrections, Lisa has participated in jail expansion projects, successfully obtaining multiple accreditations, starting up and overseeing clinical programs such as the Jail Based Competency Treatment Program, and assisting with clinical operational development in multiple correctional facilities throughout California, Texas, and Nevada. She is results-driven, detail-oriented, and excels in problem-solving, providing a steady and calming force to her team.

In her most recent role as Director of Nursing at Livingston Community Health in Livingston, California, Lisa is responsible for directing, planning, coordinating, and supervising all nursing staff located throughout eight ambulatory family practice clinics within Merced and Stanislaus Counties. She ensures that clinical staff provides the highest quality of care and is in compliance with the Nurse Practice Act, HRSA, federal, state, and local requirements. Lisa oversees all pharmaceutical, vaccination, and medical supply and equipment ordering within budgetary parameters, and oversees all COVID-19 clinical operation efforts. She provides effective staff management with a primary focus on hiring, developing, and retaining quality nursing staff, and implements quality improvement measures by measuring gaps in care and writing and implementing policies as well as corrective action plans based on root cause analysis.
