MADELINE FRANK, MPH, MSW

Project Manager

Madeline Frank joins Falcon as a Project Manager with over eight years of experience leading complex public health, behavioral health, and research-driven initiatives at the local, state, and federal levels. A clinically trained social worker and maternal and child public health professional, Madeline brings a strong track record of coordinating high‑visibility programs, managing multi‑stakeholder partnerships, and ensuring on‑time delivery of large-scale projects.

Before joining Falcon, Madeline served as Project Coordinator for the CDC Foundation, embedded in CDC’s Chronic Disease Center, where she led operations for multimillion‑dollar maternal and behavioral health initiatives. In this role, she guided project planning, performance monitoring, vendor engagement, and strategic collaborations with organizations such as the American Academy of Pediatrics and the Association of Maternal and Child Health Professionals. Her previous experience also includes managing research and programmatic work at UNC’s Injury Prevention Research Center, the North Carolina Institute of Medicine, and UNC Health, where she supported efforts ranging from violence prevention to inpatient psychiatric care.

Madeline’s expertise spans quality improvement, stakeholder engagement, process optimization, clinical research, and cross‑functional team management. She is an author of nine peer‑reviewed scientific publications and has presented at multiple national conferences. She holds a Master of Public Health in Maternal, Child & Family Health and a Master of Social Work in Clinical Practice from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, as well as a Bachelor of Arts from Kenyon College. Madeline is also a member of the Delta Omega Public Health Honor Society and a former UNC Injury Prevention Research Center Fellow.
